All refunds, regardless of the type, will be processed exclusively to your wallet account. Please note that refund amount or cancellation fees cannot be processed directly to your bank account, under any circumstances.
By accessing, using, browsing or booking through, clients will have to acknowledge their acceptance on the understanding and agreement on its terms and conditions. In case of any violation, we have all legal rights for taking any official step.

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation, various charges will be taken depends on the type of services that have to be cancelled. You can cancel domestic & international flight tickets online by login to Along with airline's cancellation charges service fee of Rs 50. per passenger/per sector for domestic and Rs 250 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets will be applicable as cancellation service charges apart from the refund amount received from the Supplier/Airlines.
  • Booking Surcharge or Taxes is non-refundable in any circumstance.
  • To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, contact the Airlines directly and then, send the cancellation request to our website for refunds.
  • In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be made as per the airlines' charges along with our service charges as mentioned above.
  • Cancellation request refund of a ticket will be processed only after the refund is processed from the supplier or Airline.
  • If an airline fails to provide the service or withdraws a sector or station, the refund for such service will be processed only after we receive the corresponding refund in our bank account from the airline.
  • During Peak-Seasons that may be different for different locations, cancellation policy of hotels and air tickets can vary. We follow specific cancellation policy these days and refund charges may differ heavily.
  • For offline cancellation of these tickets, call our customer support centre at +91 724 724 64 64. Same cancellation charges will be applied. In case of fixed departure (Groups & series tickets) such fares are to be treated as non-refundable and non-changeable.

Credit Policy for Travel Agent

If any travel agent avails services from the company taking credit from it and fails to clear the credit in certain days, Our Portal has right to take legal action against him. In such cases, they will be charged some interest rates decided by the company itself. Firm legal steps will be taken if any fraud is found by them.
